OCCUPIED HOME STAGING
Do you plan to live in your home while it is listed for sale? If so, our expert home stagers can help you get your property prepared and staged prior to listing it. No home is too large or too small for our team!
OUR PROCESS
No two homes are the same, so we approach Occupied Home Staging with a customized plan to fit your home’s needs. Our goal and focus are to give each room in your home a makeover which will result in a faster and more equity.
First, we begin with our Walk & Talk Consultation to determine if your home will need a quick styling package, or a half or full day of home staging. Then we will determine what items in your home will be utilized and if you need any additional decor items to complete the staging look. On your staging day, we will use your accessories and furniture to create the model home look to appeal to potential home buyers in your area.
In addition, we offer accessory and furniture package add-ons to our clients who need to supplement items throughout their home. We will create a customized staging package based on your home’s needs with easy and convenient terms.
LUXURY HOME STAGING
Looking for luxury home staging? Let us stage your home. We have staged a variety of luxury homes in the Washington, DC area from penthouses, high end lofts, historic homes, golf course homes and large estates. We ensure that your property is staged for the right buyer by researching demographics and then staging your property to match the community and its surroundings. We don’t just stage your luxury home for anyone but ensure that we attract the right buyer for your home. We use high end furnishings, accessories, and artwork that fit the style of your home whether modern, contemporary, traditional, or transitional.
Once you contact us, we begin with an initial consultation to clearly establish goals and objectives. Marketing strategies are reviewed, and demographics researched to establish a staging plan. Our staging plan reflects the lifestyle of the home to ensure that we are targeting the right buyer.
